Can you tell us more about what's happening when you try to renew? Are you seeing any specific errors? Our Payments team will investigate on their side as well but if there's anything else you can tell us it could help in pinpointing the issue.

Further to Laura's response, we will need some more information from you in order to investigate this further. If you are receiving an error message, could you copy it or take a screenshot of it, and send it to support@yola.com and mark it for my attention.

To take a screenshot If you are a Windows user, press shift and the printscreen button together. The picture will be saved to your computer clipboard. After you press printscreen, open a program like Microsoft Paint, right click and paste. This should paste the screenshot and you should then be able to save it as a .jpeg file and attach it to an email.

please assist me as soon as possible bcoz i don't want anything happen to my domain n website as i'm really satisfied use yola... tqvm

Hi jackie n laura...can i just send the payment via paypal use "send payment" method. bcoz currently if i send payment directly from yola.payment its always stated can't request my request...huhu..

then, which email i should use to send this payment?

Hi Cza,

In order to renew your domain using PayPal you need to make the payment from within your Yola account, this ensures it is authenticated. As a result it is not possible to send us a direct PayPal payment.

If you can provide us with the error message as requested above we can investigate this further for you.
