I closed my account but am unable to retrieve my domain. The domain is www.dillsoft.co.uk and all my information is still on the who.is. I would like my domain back so I can use it with a different host.

Yola Support will have to re-activate your account and will advise you when it is done. Then you can manage your domain as you need.

Hi Dillon,

I see you deleted the account associated with the free domain you registered, however it uses the same email address of your current account.

I can reinstate your original account returning your access to your domain registration for www.dillsoft.co.uk however you can't have two accounts registered to the same email address so before I can re-instate your other account can you please either change your email address on your current account or delete it if you do not require a secondary account.

To change the login email address of your Yola account:

Log into your account as usual.
Click on "Profile" in the left-hand menu (you will find it under "Account").
Delete the old email address and type in the new one next to "Email".
Click on the "Change details" button to update your information.
A message will display to confirm that your information has been successfully updated.

To delete your account:

Log into your account.
On the "My Yola" page, click on "Profile" (you'll find it under "Account").
At the bottom of the screen, under "Other account options", click on "Delete account".
Tick off the box beside "Please confirm that you would like to delete your account".
Click on "Delete account" button.
A dialog box will open up, asking you to confirm again that you want to delete your account.
Click on "OK".

Please let me know once you have completed one of the options above.

Hi Dillon,

I re-enabled the account associated with dillsoft.co.uk, so you can now log in and access the DNS settings for your domain.
