My text is not displaying properly

I have several websites through yola and several times I have pulled a website up and found that letters and sentence were broken and caused the sentences to wrap around which made website look like a 2 year old designed. Spent a very long time trying to correct two different websites and one of my clients pulled my website under glamourspaboutique and it had happened again to since...I am trying to run two different businesses alone and do not have time to worry about I have out this problem nor do I have time to keep fixing it! :( Also, when I tried to re do everything now yola is hiding the Times New Roman font and I have had to mix fonts...this situation is beginning to be overwhelming and needs to be corrected asap...NOW I CAN SEE WHY YOLA DOESN'T OFFER PHONE NUMBERS! :(
