can't seem to find my manage aliases on yola mail.

My YOLA Mail on the main YOLA site will not allow me to access Manage Aliases it is covered up by a white ballon concerning setting up email on a mail server. I have already done this weeks ago. I started a 2nd free site which I think led to the problem.

Below is a partial of what Yola Mail is showing me. I should be seeing a different page since my mail is paid for and set up and running already. Need to be able to manage my aliases.

Add additional mailboxes to your account. Each mailbox is only $9.96/year

Hi James - there seems to be problem with the number of aliases you have or had.

Your sales pitch for buying Yola mail is unlimited aliases.

Yola Mail includes:

* A single mailbox with unlimited aliases, like "info@yourdomain.com" and "support@yourdomain.com"

I've been patient with this but after 4 days your tech team should be able to get my access restored.

I did reply. I would like to know why I would need to delete any aliases already created I am either using them or plan on using them very soon.

still waiting would like to know what is taking so long on this to fix. I had access until the day I created a 2nd free site on Yola. Are the techs really sure it has to do with the number of aliases I have for email since your site offers UNLIMITED aliases this should not be the/an issue with my mail box.

My apologies James - I have since replied to your email to Support.

We totally agree that you should have unlimited aliases as that's what we state. It looks like this could be a bug and we're investigating a fix. The workaround in the meantime is to delete the aliases you don't want to use or purchase another mailbox.

I will allow for the deletion of aliases as long as it is a temporary measure and that they can be recreated in the near future. The 2 main that can not be deleted for any length of time are my default "swaghook" and "services".

If the aliases can not be restored the onus is upon Yola to supply me with the mailboxes needed to have what they have sold me which is unlimited aliases. If they can not be restored I expect a mailbox for my other site www.mobservices.yolasite.com to be supplied to me free of charge for the same duration as my original mailbox with the option to renew at the cost of a single mailbox for any further ones needed, unless a fix is made to allow for unlimited mail on the 1 mailbox. If the secondary mailbox requires a paid website that is also upon Yola to supply that service as well. I am not at fault for your not living up to what your site promises to deliver as far as mailboxes go so it is not for me to buy more mailboxes but for you to make right that which is wrong with your system.

Kindly work with support@yola.com so that they can take the necessary actions on your account. I have passed on instructions in this matter and they are standing by to assist you.

I will also be following up on this bug as it needs to be resolved as soon as possible to prevent other customers from running into the same difficulties.

Any updates on progress of the fix would be appreciated. If this going to take weeks to fix then a feel a 2nd mailbox for my other site is in order so I can continue unfettered use of aliases for email.

yes I did I told them they could temporarily remove all but the main and 1 other that I can not have offline for any length of time. But I need to be able to recreate the rest after it is fixed.

I've just replied to your email in Support. Basically there is a fix (hopefully going out today) that will sort out the problem - would you mind waiting until that fix has been released? I would rather do that than delete aliases as we can't guarantee that all the emails will be restored when you restore that alias.

I have the very same problem. Renewed my domain and yola mail too after couple days of being off. I now cant login at my yola mail...i managed to change the password but i still can't connect at the mail box...all i get is a message saying: "Authentication failed. Invalid credentials"

I have also send an e-mail for more infos but can't wait just like that. I wish to have my old messages and list back! I won't pay for any more services if i lost them just like that... I have paid for renew...want them back!

I am having the same problems (I think) as the previous users. I have one main email address that is active for my domain, but I am unable to add more aliases.

There is no Yola Mail link within my yola account anywhere, and when it comes to the tutorials I can't even progress past the 1st step due to not having a YOLA MAIL link available for me to click on.

Is there anyway that this can be rectified?

You are participating in the GBBO programme, and unfortunately Yola Mail is not available for GBBO users. This is why you don't see the Yola Mail link in your My Yola.

But you can set up your e-mail using Googe Apps for free. Please see our tutorial Setting up e-mail with Google Apps.
