Can't send email from Yola Account

When I try to send email from my Yola account on my Iphone, I get the message that the recipient was "rejected by the servicer because it does not allow relaying" and the message won't send. How do I fix this problem?

Hi Kara,

Have you set up Yola Mail on your phone and had it working previously? If not, here's how:

Please find the following steps to add Yola Mail to your iPhone:

Go to "Settings".
Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
Select "Add Account".
Select "Other".
Select "Add Mail Account".
Fill out the fields:
Name: Your name
Password: Your password
Description: Description for your mailbox
Click "Next".

It will then take you to a screen where you can add your mail server information:

Incoming Mail Server:
Host name:
User name:
Password: Your password

Outgoing Mail Server:
Host name:
User name:
Password: Your password

Click "Next".

Your account will go through a verification process and once this is completed Yola Mail will be added to your iPhone / iPad.

If this was working previously and is a new problem, please let us know so we can investigate further.
