Can't sign up for Yola? Please help me :)

Every time I try and sign up for yola I get the message INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. I really want to use it since it looks great! Any ideas?

Hi Jack,

We have had a few other reports of this "Internal Server Error" message and this is a bug on our part, particularly with improper messaging. You will receive this error message if you try to create a new account with an email address that is already in our system. The message you should receive should tell you this, instead of giving you an error message. We are working on changing this messaging.

Because you already have an account with this email address, you can login to it and continue to build sites with Yola. To log in to your site, you need to click on this link to go to the Yola homepage (www.yola.com) and follow these steps:

1. In the top right hand corner of the screen, you will see the "Log In" link for existing users - people like you who already have an account - click on it.
2. Fill in the email address you used to sign up to Yola, and your password (the one you chose when you created the account) in the pop-up box that appears, and click on the "Log In now" button.
3. You will be taken to your account where you will be able to open your site and make changes to it.

If you no longer have your password for this account, here is how to reset it:

1. Click on the "Forgot password?" link near the bottom of the pop-up login box that appears when you click on the "Log In" link in the top right hand corner of the Yola homepage or click on this link: http://www.yola.com/forgot-password.
2. Fill in the email you used to create your account.
3. Click on the "Get verification code" button.
4. Check your email inbox (and the junkmail folder if you don't receive it). An email will be sent to you with a link to click on.
5. This link will take you to a page where you can type in your new password.

You will then be able to log into your account with your original email address and your new password.

If you're unable to go through the above steps, please send us an email (support@yola.com) so that we can help you. Please quote this post so that we have a reference.

Hi Logan,

I suggest you send a message to Customer Support and by this method you can safely include confidential account details etc if needed.
