Trouble uploading products to store

I upgraded to the online store but the online store page never gets passed the loading data screen after clicking ad first product:( Please help

I've checked your account, and I was able to open your Products Page on your Yola Online Store Control Panel. Can you please log out of your Yola account, clear your cache and cookies, log in and try again?

You could also try in a different browser.

Keep us updated if it's still not working.

I also have this problem, is it to do with it being on a mac as it will open with a pc

Yes. You are right on this it's a problem with a mac and possibly with the safari/mac combination.

It seems to disappear when mac users switch to Chrome.

I have been unable to upload products to store as system will not get passed loading your store data screen. it will work on a PC but not my main computer using a mac in safari
