Can't transfer my domain since their is not "" option

I have a registered domain and would like to transfer it to my yolasite, however when I click on the transfer link, it doesn't give me the option to select "". What do I do in this instance. Also, it has only been registered in the past month (i.e. not 60 days old yet), do I wait until such time to do the transfer?

I had responded to you via email about this question. As I explained, we do not currently allow transfer of domains to Yola, which is why you do not see the option in the transfer domains page on My Yola.

You will need to host your domain with a registrar that hosts domains, then point your domain to Yola so that you can use it to publish your site. Please see our Publish to a domain you already own tutorial for more details.

Apologies - I hadn't attempted to do a thorough search here before I posted my comment - which is exactly the same as hip2bcafe's problem.

However, I have an additional question: What happens when you're a Yola Silver client and would like to offer your own clients an email address with the web design you've done for them through Yola?

My domain is already pointing to Yola, but I am unable to set up email for this client since I cannot transfer the domain. I would purchase the .com for this client, but it is not available to buy.

Would you recommend that I use the hosting company ( for his email?

Hi Karen,

You can enquire with your domain registrar or you can go direct to Google Apps or Windows Live to create a domain level email address.
