Can't Update My Site

When I click on Update My Site, it freezes. Been tring for the past two weeks. What could the problem be?

Hi Ashley,

Are you perhaps using Google Chrome as your browser? Please note that Chrome is not currently one of our supported browsers (http://www.yola.com/customer-support/.... We hope to add support for Chrome in future. Could you try to update your site from Firefox (recommended), Internet Explorer or Safari.

You could also try updating Chrome to the latest version as some users report that they are able to publish successfully from the latest version.

If this does not solve your problem, or if you are not using Chrome, please could you post your site's URL so that we can take a look?

Great - I hope that works! You could also try the following in IE8:

I can't believe it! It was the browser, It updated with Firefox, Thx soooo much, it's been really frustrating. Thx Marije
