Cant upgrade to Silver package because of ' promo code 'issue

Hi

I am trying to buy a straight monthly Silver package without a promo code but the payment screen says the promo code is invalid.

I am not interested in using a promo code - I just want to upgrade. Please help!

I emailed and filled out the form but am on a deadline to finish my site - I need to urgently upgrade and do the rest of the site development as soon as possible. Is there any other source that can assist - perhaps other customers have experienced the same thing?
