Cant upgrade to silver so cant publish my site

Trying to upgrade to silver but the payment screen does not appear to be displaying correctly. Fill all visa details in but at bottom of the screen there looks to be 'pay with boleto super imposed over buy now. when i hit either button nothing happens. Really frustrating. Customer Support says 'upgrade to silver for quicker support' but I cant because I cant pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry that you are having difficulty upgrading to Yola Silver, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

"Boleto" is a Brazilian payment method which wouldn't apply for you (unless you stay in Brazil). This is hopefully a temporary language glitch in your Yola account. Please log out and clear your cache and cookies. Then log in again and try to purchase Yola Silver.

If this doesn't help, please try in a different browser or on a different computer.

Please keep us updated if it should still not work, and could you then post a screenshot of what you're seeing on this thread? We would then need to ask our specialists to look into this.
