Can't upload images - starts okay, then freezes

I can upload images from home, but not at work. It starts okay and the bar graph quickly goes to 100% (it's only a 50k image), but then it freezes. I see the hourglass but nothing happens and I can't click on any buttons, tabs or menus on my browser. I have to close the browser to unlock it.

I tried clearing my cache & restarting Firefox. No luck.

I use Firefox 3.51 on Windows XP professional, with Flash version 10,1,85,3

Hello Kevin,
We had a bit of technical trouble a few hours ago, I am wondering if this might have been when you were having trouble. We have remedied things on our end, can you give it another try with uploading images and let us know if you are still experiencing problems.

Thanks,
Emmy

No - I stil cannot upload images at work. The dialog box below pops up. I type in my password and then nothing happens. I see the "Uploading your picture - 100%" window but it just hangs there. After a few minutes I hit "Cancel" and Firefox locks up completely.

Hello Kevin,
I am not familiar with that pop up box, that looks to be local to your network at work. We haven't been having any problems regarding image uploading for some time now and have been monitoring things. Can you try uploading images from another computer on another network and see if you encounter the same problem. Please let us know if you do.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

I think that dialog box is from our proxy server but I don't know much about networks. I type in my network password and the box goes away. Then I'm back in the Yola editing window, which shows the upload bar graph freezing at 100%

I can upload images from home, but I also need to be able to do it from work.

Hi, Kevin,

Your network at work could have a firewall or anti-virus blocker that is preventing images from being uploaded. Please check with your network administrator and see if this is the case and if they have a solution for you.
