Hi zink

The style you select is applied to your entire site. If this were not the case, the result could be some very inconsistent and confusing websites. However it is possible to use a style that allows you to change the banner image and you can add a different banner image to each page. This way your site will maintain overall visual consistency, while still allowing you to customize each page.

The other option is to create multiple websites using their own styles and link them together using our link editor.

I hope these suggestions are helpful to you.

Best wishes
Monique

Hi Zink,

If the banner image of a certain style can be changed, you will see a white box with an instruction placed over the default banner image.

To change the banner image:
1) Click on the white instruction box that says "click here to change banner image"
2) The file manager will open up that will allow you to browse your computer for a picture to upload.
3) When you are done, click "ok" and your own image will replace the default image
4) If the dimensions are not quite right you can fix this by choosing the "edit with Picnik" option in the file manager. Picnik is a web-based image manipulation tool that has an option for you to resize your image. When you are done, click "save to SynthaSite" and the new image will replace the old one.

Please note that the white instruction box will only appear in editing mode, and will disappear when you preview or publish your site. Also, you may use the default banner image if you wish.

Please let us know if you need any other help!

Regards,
Marije

Hi expat

When you change styles your entire site will convert and switch over automatically. All your content, images and pages will still contain all your hard work. The only things to change would of course be the style and your content may shift and need to be readjusted. But yes it will ALL still be there and you don't have to recreate your site.

If you happen to choose a style with larger menu buttons then you would of course be able to add the Arabic font the way Monique showed in the previous post. I did use one of my test sites and added Arabic words to the menu buttons and it was just too small to make out so I think your thoughts of changing Styles is a good one.

If you happen not to find a style you like or will work you can always use a button generator to make a new menu and hide the standard menu. You can try this generator and see if any of the languages will work. http://cooltext.com/ Let me know if you need help.

No worries and glad to help. I thought that you had posted your URL yesterday and then you deleted your message and changed it. I wonder could you re-post your URL so that we all may see your site? I am most interested as to how it looks now.

Keep up the good work
