Hello there Alex,

To change the banner image, follow these steps:

1. Click on the banner area. This will cause the dialog box to open up.
2. Click on "Change Banner Image".
3. Choose to upload an image from "Your Computer" or go to the "File Manager" if you have already uploaded an image.
4. Select the banner image and the Banner Editor will open where you can scale your image to fit into the banner area perfectly.
5. Make the changes and click on the "OK" button. The banner image will load onto the page in the site builder.

Apply to all pages:

Yola gives you the option to upload a different banner image on each page of your site, or apply the same banner image to all pages. To apply the banner image to all the pages on your site:

1. Click on the banner area.
2. A dialog box will open up. Select "Apply to All Pages".
2. Another dialog box will open asking you to confirm whether you would like to apply the change to all the pages on your site. Click on "Apply and Save" if you would like to go ahead.

Here is a link to more information on the attributes of the different styles: hYola Style Guide . You can also view our tutorial: Personalize your Style .

There are two ways you can edit the title of your page:

1. Click on the title - a dialog box will open where you can edit the text.
2. Click on "Properties" on the right-hand sidebar and you can edit the text under "Page Heading".

I hope this helps.

That is part of that particular template and can't be changed. You would have to pick a new template.
That being said you could try the following code in an html box at the top of your page: <!-- <style type="text/css">
.ys_heading{
display:none
}</style> -->

TRY THIS ON A TEST PAGE FIRST!! There's a chance that messing with this code could break your page and you could lose a lot of work--so test it first! Also, take out the <!-- and the -->

Sorry, maybe because of my English I'm not sure what are you advise to me.
So, I need another template?
How can I undestand that new template doesn't have the same undeleted page heading picture?
And I totaly didn't undestand about this:
"That being said you could try the following code in an html box at the top of your page: <!-- <style type="text/css">
.ys_heading{
display:none
}</style> -->"
This advise for template, that I allready have or for some new? I can use "HTML" only inside boxes ( that I created for text or for slide show) but not to page heading and banner parts, HTML of thees parts is hided from me.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. Normally, the template you have picked does not allow the red rectangle with the flower to be removed. Yola does not recommend messing with the code on parts of the template that they do not make changeable. However, this does not mean that you can't if you are willing to accept the fact that changes you make may create problems with the page. The code I gave you above removed the red rectangle on my test page here: http://testvillage2.yolasite.com/test
I dragged an html widget over and dropped it at the top of the page, then pasted the code. It is overriding the system code and thus removing the red rectangle.
If you do not wish to do this, then you will have to use a different template. I hope this is clearer.

Alex, the flower is part of the Yola banner on that template. To get rid of it, you need to change to a banner image to one of your own. As long as it's the same size, it will replace the current banner.

As Jeremy explained above, you can then add your page title with html if you want. You can use the "Edit header" popup in the banner or use the "Page Title" in the Properties box on the right side.

Does that help at all?

Thanks for everybody. I took new template. But I still like first one because of 2 menu bar (upper and lower) and design of menu, but not banner ). Not so many templates have both menu bars. But....what to do)
