Did you update your site after you saved it? Saving your site saves a draft of the site in your account. Updating your site applies your changes to your live site. This allows you to work on your site and only put it live when you are ready. However, updating the live site is a step people often miss. To update your site, please click on the yellow, "Update my site" button.
You may also need to wait for Google Reader to update their information for your site. You can also try clearing the cache in your browser to see if that helps to bring up the most recent information. Here's a link for steps on how to clear your cache and cookies: Clear Cookies & Cache
