Hello,
I changed the main domain for my website, because the previous main domain expired and I am awaiting the end of the redemption period to rebuy it (if there is a faster solution for this, please advice).
The problem is that even if Yola says that my main domain has been changed, when I access my website it still redirects to the expired domain and my website does not show up.
Waiting for a solution, thanks in advance!

Hello Flavio

I can't find a Yola account in our system, using your forum e-mail address. Can you please provide your domain names? Then I'll be able to assist you further.

Hi Stefan,
my domains are:
breaking-security.net (expired)
breakingsecurity.net (not expired but redirects to the other one)

Hello Flavio

Thank you for the information. I'm afraid that I can't replicate the issue you're reporting. When I type your URL breakingsecurity.net into my browser, your website will display and the URL will not redirect to your expired domain name. When I check your My Yola in your account, it shows breakingsecurity.net as the up and running and primary domain of your website. breaking-security.net displays as expired and not renewable as expected.

From my side everything seems to be in order. Can you try to clear cache and cookies and see if that helps? If not, the only reason I could think of is a caching problem with your ISP. Could you check on a different computer outside your internet network as well?

Hello,
it works now normally by my side too, after clearing cache and cookies.

Thanks for your help!
