Changing and previewing the email notification after payment.

I am trying to change the email the customers receive when after they pay for their order in the online store. Each time I change it, it goes back to what it was. Also, is there a way to preview this email?

Please let me know what steps you are following to edit your order notifications. I can also recommend taking a look at this thread on the Ecwid forum - it may be helpful to you:

The best way to preview your notifications is to place a test order. To do this, you can create a product and set the payment type as "Fax order" or any offline method. That way, you won't be prompted to enter your credit card details. You will need to manually approve this purchase via the Advanced Options > Sales > Orders menu.
