Do you mean the password associated with your e-mail that you use for logging into your Yola account or the password to your Yola Mail account?
With your permission I could test it by going into your Yola account and change the password to see if there is a technical error. If it works, you will need to reset your password in order to get access to your account again (for Yola Mail you will be able to change it on your Yola Mail page).
We will only test this if you explicitly allow us to proceed. Please also provide your domain name for us to track your Yola account in our system. Thanks.
