Charged Twice for renewal? Anyone else had this.. What are Yola going to do???

I am sorry about the unexpected charge. Although it is not impossible that there could be an error in our billing we haven't had complaints of this nature and we are not aware of any such problems.  What does happen is that people sometimes get confused between the charge for their domain and their hosting.  We would be happy to clear up any misunderstanding that has arisen and in the event that there has been an error we will of course issue a refund.  Kindly email so that we can investigate the charges on your account and resolve this for you.
