I go this message: This message is to confirm the successful renewal of
for 1 year(s).

The new expiration date is 2014-02-15 11:08:37.

I had not selected to have this name renewed as I'm not working for this client anymore, it came up with a warning message saying renewal had failed I took no action to renew as i do not want it anymore. Please remove this domain name and refund the money I do not want it. I was also not aware I'd selected an auto renew of the name ether, as I chase only a 12 month subscription to it at the time please do not auto renew any domain names on my account ever.

Hello Alax

When you purchase a domain with Yola, it will be set to auto-renew by default, and there will be a clear note to inform you about this on Checkout. There have been a lot of users who contacted us because their website had gone offline due to the expiry of their domain. Auto-renewal is designed to avoid this and to ensure that your domain will not expire by mistake, causing your website to go offline.

In order to assist you with your request, we will need you to write us via e-mail in order to verify your account ownership and keep your privacy. Please use our Contact Support Form to do this. If you have more domains with us which you don't want to auto-renew, please let us know, and we'll be able to turn off auto-renewal for you. Thank you for your understanding.
