Charged twice and NO Domain!

I was upgrading a while ago to Yola Silver. I encountered A LOT of errors during checkout and upon paying the amount of $19+ (I used a promo code to cut off a percentage from $21+ upgrade price). When your website reloaded, I had to enter payment again but for $9.99 only. When I reviewed my email, I saw that TWO $9.99 were charged to my paypal account. I want a REFUND for the other $9.99!

P.S. I'm ALWAYS encountering errors with your site when a page loads. I had to reload a lot of times. The worse, sometimes I had to open a new tab and perform my task again.

I can confirm that we have received both of your emails sent to support@yola.com regarding this query, and I have just responded to you. Your duplicate payment has been refunded, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I have also asked you some questions with regard to the errors you receive with your site when a page loads. If you can provide us with the error message and which browser and version you are using, this will help us investigate further.
