How is it you allow someone to make over $500 worth of charges from my debit card and not notice that this could be fraud? Over the weekend this happened and all the charges came from Yola. I've already started a fraud investigation with my bank. I've already called your company and have given my info and i expect to have my money back in my checking account immediately. You can't possibly have security on your website if you allow something like this to happen. There were 10 charges in 1 day.

Hi RitaM

I am terribly sorry to hear that this happened. We do have the best possible security set up with our payments gateway. We hate online fraud as it hurts our business as well as the innocent individuals whose cards are stolen, so we are committed to stamping it out. However, the charge of $500 would not have set off any fraud filters as our high end package is in that price range, and there are add-ons such as domains and email that legitimate customers could purchase that would result in even higher totals without raising alarm.

Please contact us at support@yola.com and we will work with you and your bank to resolve this matter.
