Charging for email? You are about to lose customers. You should supply at least five free email addresses per domain. Unless you have decided that Yola does not want to be competitive!!! I will start looking for another hosting package and please don't suggest that I use gmail. THIS STINKS....

Hi, you can use Google Apps Standard Edition and get 50 free email addresses. It will be: you@your-website.com If you have a yolasite.com one, you can't do this with Yola Mail or Google Apps. You have to have a custom domain. You can get a custom domain. Also, you can get a .TK free domains. If you already have a custom domain, you can start by going to: http://www.google.com/a. Just hover over "Apps Editions" and choose "Standard" and you can sign up for free and no costs! Also, you can get a free.cz.cc domain name, and I created a tutorial on how to set up Google Apps with cz.cc! Read it here: Google Apps Setup Here is my website's Email login: http://mail.nathansmusicstudio.cz.cc I got this for free! If you need more, you can upgrade to Google Apps Premier (but this costs 50 dollars per user / per year)

Yola is not competitive with other hosting companies. You must address this if you want to keep your customers.

Actually, I think Yola is. It has the best tools. It is a lot better than WebStarts, because Web Starts wont let you do hardly anything, like domains, etc. unless you upgrade, but Yola has a lot of tools available for free! They have the best customer support! (Winners of the 2009 R.E.C.S.S awards, and they are about to win the 2010 one!) hey have the best email support, forum support and much more! I love Yola! And, they just released Yola mail, and thats why they charge, they just came out with it. It was hard for them to set it up and create it. I think it came out about a month ago or so. Also, they have one small link at the bottom of the websites, unless you want to pay to remove it. (See on my site: http://www.nathansmusicstudio.cz.cc It's at the bottom)

I hope this helps and gives you a better understanding about Yola.

Nathan, thanks so much for your support, we really appreciate it.

cfrhodes, We appreciate your feedback on our pricing structure, it is definitely something we monitor carefully. There are free email options as you noted, by way of Google Apps and Windows Live, but we do charge for the convenience and ease of use of Yola Mail. Bundling it with domains is absolutely something we will consider in the future.
