I'm new to this making of a website...I already have a website, but I want a new one that 's hopefully simpe to upload pictures. Currently on my website when I click on an image ,it enlarges to one that can almost fill the screen...Someone else did my website for me at that time..Is it possible to do that same type of thing here with yola?

The size of the images displayed can be adjusted to whatever you'd like. However, one thing you do need to keep in mind that the larger your image file, the slower the site loads.

Yola is integrated with a few different Photo making sites which are available on the right-hand side. You can also use external one in which you can possibly embed into your site, making it seem like it's part of your site. You can also use scripts or codes to achieve this look.

If you're looking for something simple, I suggest first starting with the options available through the Photo galleries on the right-hand side of your site, under Content.

Please let us know if we can help you further.

Yes, you have to save your jpeg as a full size doc in your site image file first then return to the page where it is displayed as a smaller image and using the html ap add the instructions to open in another window:

a href="http://www.yourpicture.yola.com/siteb... etc..." target="_blank"

remember to add the open close < > symbols at front and rear of the code or it won't work

You will need to copy the exact url of the sitebuilder page that displays your picture and place it in the above example.

Hi Alona

One easy way to incorporate this is using the Flickr Lightbox on your site.

Here's a great tutorial on that: Photo Galleries
