I'll check these out, but I just have a question? Do these clocks go by a user's timezone?

I get visitors from all around the world, I would like the clock to say something like...

It is Sunday February 21, 2010 at 6:18 pm

and be accurate where ever the user is.

I know that I can enter a code into excel

=NOW()

and it'll insert the time. If this is opened up in China, it will be China's time showing up. So I know synchronization like that is somewhat possible.

Same concept as the clock on your computer. I'm sure people from India have a different time on their computer than me.

Because these things are possible in these programs, I'm sure they are also available in html
