so, for all you legends out there... please assist me in getting it done!
I've been trying to get a fade-in constant running slide up on my homepage. I currently have a marquee code in there, but I fancy a bit more fluency,. So.. I've tried numerous things.... mainly adding an external video link to a slide that I made using photobucket if you like. I don't like that and it's not a good solution to what i want.. i think its actually a complicated one.. plus the movie ends up stopping and there are buttons like pause on there etc etc. nevermind advertising and enbeded links bla.
sooo.
I've come across a few codes which id like to try putting on my site. please check out this link, so you know what I mean:
http://snook.ca/archives/javascript/s...
I've tried this utalising only one html widget (the dude has separated the code for....? reasons... and/or I've noticed that a lot of other html code offering sites tell you to just copy XXX part into the HEAD or HEADING then issuing a second code to put where exactly... in the space below the HEADING paragraph code in the same html widget?
I obviously altered the piece of the code expressing the source of the image within the code. I have my pictures saved in my filemanager so just quote the name of the jpg. see below eg.
so.. if anyone anyone can assist in any way at all, it would be über appreciated!
thank you.

ps. this is another example... does all the code have to go into the same html widget?
