There was a code that was bothering me for months. Finally figured it out tonight! I think it was the new luck for me when I finally bought this computer. Anyways....the code is probably the second smallest there is (and it gave me this much trouble). It is the code the Yola uses for when you exit the site builder. Here is is:
<!--
<script type="text/javascript">

function sure(){
msg = "Are you sure? Hit OK to Confirm or Cancel to go back";
return confirm(msg);
}

</script>

<form action="test1.php" method="post" onSubmit="return sure()" >

<input type="submit" value=" Cancel Membership ">

</form>
-->
Just change the msg= and the value = to whatever you want it to say and also change the "test1.php" to whatever you want the user to go when and if they hit OK. If you want to see the script in action click the link: http://testpage1.yolasite.com/1.php then click the "Cancel Membership button"
