Comment boxes have frozen my site!

I asked a ? earlier tonight about adding comment boxes to my site. I was given 2 different ways to do it. Both did not do exactly what I wanted but my question was marked as answered anyway. Now I have a really big problem. My site is http://momsfunmoney.com. If someone will go the free sample page you will see my problem.

What I had asked for was a comment box that just said the word comment and then you would click on it and the box would pop up in a different window. Not sure if that is not available, since that type of box was not given as a solution. Anyway, I added the comment boxes I was told to and they make the site extremely slow. Too slow for my visitors. So I went back to edit the boxes out and when I do that my computer locks up.

2 different things have happened.

1) sometimes I get a box that says "unresponsive script - a script on this page may be busy or it may have stopped responding. You can stop or continue".

2) I go to the delete the comment box widgets and the box pops up asking me to confirm that I want to delete it. When I press yes the computer freezes. This has happened 5 times.

So, in ending, I have boxes that make my site unbelievable slow and no way to delete them. Can some please help!

I went on to your site earlier on to check out your page and my pc froze I had to reboot it...

I went to sleep after posting this and waiting about 1 hour. I am assuming that Kershnee is now off. Is there someone else that I could e-mail to get this problem resolved quickly?

I will be leaving at 10:15 PST and am hoping someone can respond before then. I went ahead and e-mail to support@yola.com and just put "Can anyone help" in the regarding line since I am sure Kershnee is gone.

I really need help!

Hello Katie,
Kershnee is currently offline but if you emailed support I am sure she picked it up. She is our resident code expert so will be the best to assist you with finding out what is breaking the page and what the best comment feature would be.

When she was on last I was sleeping so I do not know what time zone she is in. If she is only one when I am asleep then I do not know if we can connect

Hi Katie,
Kershnee will be back on Monday. I took a look at the page of your site that you are speaking of, and it won't load for me either, so the best person to look at this is Kershnee. If you are unable to wait for Kershnee to get back to you, you can rebuild the page not to include the HTML boxes.

I cannot rebuild the entire page because the links I need are on the page and I cannot access it. This page is the major draw to my site and I will be losing customers waiting until Monday. Do we even know for sure that she will be able to access the page. Did you try it thru Yola or just going to the site direct? I am so frustrated since I put these comment boxes in on the advise of Yola.

Is there no one else that can get my page open and delete just the comment boxes on my Free Samples page if I give them permission?

This has turned into such a mess :(

Hi Katie,
I'm very sorry, I know this is frustrating. I have spoken with an engineer and we are not able to get the page to load, it continues to crash the browser. There are many, many pieces of custom code on the page that might be contributing to the problem. Unfortunately we will have to wait until Monday for Kershnee to take a look at it and see what can be done to fix it.
