I have a really dumb question. What's the difference between personal and commercial websites? Some of the TOS of the graphics I'm trying to download from say you cannot use on commercial sites. What constitutes a commercial site though?

I am trying to create a small online "store" just for local people so they can see what kinds of stuff I'm selling 2nd hand. Does this mean I'm commerical then?

Sorry for sounding so dumb but I just wanna make sure I don't break the TOS.

Littleus,

A commercial site is one that does business.

Your site would be classed as a commercial site but not an e-commerce site (in the sense of online transactions).

Just read carefully and you will be fine...Some will require a credit and or a link back to an image if you post it on your site.....Some will have conditions that you don't offer their image for redistribution...I have some of my art/music and words on my site and I just simply state ....Feel free to save any you like for non commercial use only.
