Company support to answer questions and company number not posted on homepage

I have had my web page built for 2 weeks now and still can not find it on the web, and if I want to download my webiste how do I do that, and if I want to cancel my plan with synthacite/yola how do I do that?

There is no phone support for synthasite. You can contact them either here or inside of your template creator once you are logged in. It is in the upper right hand corner. You should get a decent response here though

If your site has only been published for two weeks, it could be that it's not yet indexed by search engines. You can work on this so that your site gets better rankings and we have information on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/....

If you still feel that you would like to leave, we have information on downloading your site (http://www.yola.com/customer-support/.... But we don't recommend it because you will need to download it each time you want to update your site.
