I've been trying to add Text and HTML components to my site today but it just keeps saying 'Loading Component' in the top right corner but nothing happens.

Anyone else having this problem? or know of a problem?

Hi paulcox

I'm sorry that you're having this problem. There are a few things you can try to do.

1. Clear the cache in your browser and then re-log back in.

2. Try entering your site builder using a different browser. Yola works best with Firefox.

3. You may have some invalid code on your site - try to think back to when you had no problems and when you started to have problems. Did you add a code or widget to your site? Try to remove that widget.

4. Can you please post your site url so that we may take a closer look at what's happening?

I get this sometimes too, and also sometimes you can't place a HTML widget on the page. I think it's something to do with some bad html you may have on your page. Can you remember the last thing you added to your site?

Hi Paulcox,

Just a quick thought that you probably checked already, but just to be sure:

I had a similiar problem the other day, but I don't think it was Yola or browser related. My usually reliable internet connection had for some reason just slowed down terribly.

In some cases when the connection is being temperamental, it might not just slow down but drop what ever task it was busy with. ie sending info to and from Yola.

Needless to say, I suspended all my other downloads and net activity to "relieve" the connection, waited a minute or two, and all was good with my Yola editing.
