Hi Vincent,

Would you be able to tell me which browser you're using and which version of it? Also, is there any particular widget that you're adding each time that seems to cause the crash?

Alright guys,

Thanks for your prompt feedback. I would appreciate it if you could both try recreate your problems in a different browser and let me know if the problem persists.

Vincent, could you try using the latest version of Firefox instead of Internet Explorer and see if it helps. You can download Firefox here.

Hello Vincent

Thank you for posting your URL. I took a look at what's going on and it would appear that you have copied and pasted text from an external source. By doing this, it has caused problems in your site.

What you need to do now and in the future, is copy the all text into Notepad (found in the start menu under accessories). This will strip the inherent codes found. Then copy and paste the text into a new text widget. Delete the old one. Then using the text toolbar, you can make your edits to your text.

If you are unable to gain access to your site builder to make these edits, please send an email to support@yola.com. We will be able to help you from there.

Hi....

Thanks for the info. yes, I did cut and paste. However, I could not find a very good selection of fonts and this is why I did this. Are there more fints somewhere in the site builder?.....I am new to this....thanks for being patient.

Hi Vincent,

The font selection we have represents a complete list of browser safe fonts. See: Website Browser Safe Fonts. This means that the fonts in our text editor will work consistently in whatever browser your visitor uses. Unfortunately there are only a few fonts that work in all browsers. If we added any more fonts you would run the risk of not having your text display correctly for some of your visitors, which is why we have not added any of these fonts.

You could edit the text HTML. However, you should be aware of the following danger:

Your site might not display consistently in all browsers.

The only safe way to introduce custom fonts on your page is to upload them as image files. You can do this if you have access to any image editing tools such as Photoshop, or you can try Picnik.com.
