Confirmation request of transaction cancellation and refund

Hi. I've sent a screen shot of my subscription cancellation form and asked for confirmation that the transaction has been cancelled and my money refunded several times but I keep being sent automated replies to follow the link again and cancel. Can someone please personally get in touch. The service I've received so far has been appalling.
