I am happy to tell you that Littleus will be joining Yola as an official rep from now on.
I know she and the other Yola champs: Ed, Boomer, The Duke, John and Connor provide outstanding help and support and we just don't have enough words to say how grateful we are to you guys. Not only the Yola champs, but so many of you who help out so generously.I am not exaggerating when I say that we simply could not do this without you!
Get Satisfaction has partnered with a service called oDesk that allows us to employ people from around the world at an hourly rate to help us out with support and customer service. This is a first for us, and Littleus is helping us to try it out for the first time. We hope it is only the beginning.
