I've tested your Contact Form on julesolsen.co.uk/contact-me.php, and added two different e-mail addresses of mine to the Settings, then republished and checked my e-mails. In both cases I received the e-mail instantly. Are you sure that there are no Form Submission e-mails in your Spam folder with tiscali.co.uk? Did you set up any filters that sort mails by "null submission received" or "no-reply"? Please also check your Deleted E-mails folder.
I've changed your Form e-mail back to your e-mail address. Can you please check if you received it? It's from sender "Stefan Yola Support".
If you didn't, do you have another e-mail address which you could use to go on testing on your side? It looks like it has something to do with your specific e-mail account with tiscali.co.uk.
