Contact form has stopped working

messages submitted on my contact form not getting through to my email? address has not changed and the messages are not in spam. Am potentially losing clients.

Hi J,

I'm sorry to hear you are not receiving form submissions. I have tested this within my account and received the submission promptly. What is the email extension you are experiencing this on? Are you comfortable with us testing this within your account? If so, can you please reply with one of your page URLs that contains a contact form?

Hi,submissions sent via my contact page are no longer getting through, email address is the same and they are not in spam folder - any ideas?

The submissions should go to the email you replied to here (this got thru with no problem). I have tested it myself but its not working still, only found out because a couple of people contacted directly saying they were trying to get in touch.

Before we test, can you please try to remove your Contact Form completely and recreate it on your page? Please make sure that there will be the correct e-mail address in the settings of the Form Widget. Republish and let us know if that helps.

Too bad, I'm sorry! Do I have your permission to test the form directly in your Yola account and on your website? I'd need to change the form recipient e-mail address and republish your website a few times. Please let me know if you'd like me to go ahead.

I've tested your Contact Form on julesolsen.co.uk/contact-me.php, and added two different e-mail addresses of mine to the Settings, then republished and checked my e-mails. In both cases I received the e-mail instantly. Are you sure that there are no Form Submission e-mails in your Spam folder with tiscali.co.uk? Did you set up any filters that sort mails by "null submission received" or "no-reply"? Please also check your Deleted E-mails folder.

I've changed your Form e-mail back to your e-mail address. Can you please check if you received it? It's from sender "Stefan Yola Support".

If you didn't, do you have another e-mail address which you could use to go on testing on your side? It looks like it has something to do with your specific e-mail account with tiscali.co.uk.

I didnt receive anything from you, but have now found a filter on my webmail, which I didnt know about - which seemed to have put the no reply email into a blocked senders list for some reason. I have taken it off, so hopefully this will now work.

Why am I not receiving form submissions? I have checked my spam folder and also made sure my email address is correct but when I do a test email nothing comes through and I am a bit worried I may have lost out on a fair amount of work due to this as I just realized it wasn't working. I don't know how long ago it quit working but I know it is not now and I also know I have no received a form submission for quite some time.

Hello Devin,

There have a been a few reports of this recently and some have been resolved.

Not a nice feeling to be missing contact messages both for your immediate business and longer term. In the interim until you get a fix on this I suggest using Jotfom to create an alternative form. This is free for quite a significant number of monthly submissions and extremely easy to set up. It's very reliable and well respected.

i dont get the notifications on my email when someone sends a request through a website i have with you yola. i use to get them but now i dont receive them why ?

people are completeing forms on my website but for some reason its not coming though to my email as it usually does? Could it be stuck? I get form submissions every day, only today it seems like its blocked somewhere and not coming through to me.

HI all

I have been having same problem - I did find a filter on my webmail - which seemed to be blocking the noreply email from yola. I have reset that and think it now works, but until a client sends me a message I wont know for sure.
But looking at replies of people having a similar issue, I think there must be a technical glitch with form somewhere.

We appreciate you letting us know that you found a filter that was blocking the form submissions. Please let us know if you have successfully received the form since unblocking the noreply address.

We will certainly keep an eye on this. There are times when it is definitely on our end and other times when it is not. By going through these troubleshooting steps really help us to pinpoint the causes.

Good news: Our engineers have fixed the problem, and your Yola Forms should now all be working again as expected. No submission should have been lost, but they were temporarily delivered with a delay. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Having the same problem with ALL forms on both of my yola websites right now- so this must be a bug on yola's side. Please fix this asap as business is dependent on these forms working properly.

These are the forms that are not working (all have worked fine up until today).

All point to a gmail.com address and have always worked perfectly. You have permission to test the form from within my account.

Yes mine seems to have stopped working again. I am getting spam emails, but just sent myself a test email and nothing has come through. I have checked spam filters again and nothing in there blocking emails from yola.
Please could you check again and you have permission to test form in my account.
