CONTACT FORM PROBLEM
When i click the "send / submit" button, i'm automatically transferring at yola.com
Τhe message does not send. Plz fix it very soon.

Hi,

When you included the contact form to your web page, did you go to your form settings to make sure all is in place ?

Yola blank form still has a bug unable to see all options in drop 'up' menu after creating first field!

I am getting charged for business cards I did not order or want though Vista print, am being charrged for upgrqde ti my free yola site I did not request and I and not add fish bucks to my bingo game on fishworh on my face book page, I want to yell or hit something, please help

Hi, My name is Marco. I just added a form (dragging the widget Form from "Forms and Appointmens" into my webpage) to allow prospects to enter his/her data but it seems not to be working since I am not receiving any email with the data that I simulate to enter as a client. I have tried five times I get no error message and I am taken to Yola.com wepage. Thanks for helping me.

Hello,

The contact form error is a bug and has been logged for the attention of our engineers. They are currently working on a bug and we will inform you when one has been made.

In the meantime, please make use of an alternative form such as Wufoo. We have created a helpful tutorial here: Wufoo.

I wouldn't use wufoo if they was the last company on earth. They are rude and not very helpful. I will be using joltform for my forms.

The forms on my site aren't working!! When anyone tries to send in a form, it's sending them to the Yola home page!! What is going on???

When I hit "submit" on my form, it is taking me to the yola homepage. Yesterday, it brought up the submission response that was needed. What happened? I just built another form and the submit button is doing the same thing on that one also. It should be staying on the same page and instead of the form, it now shows the comment.

When someone submits a question to me via my Yola site (cramlibrary.com - I purchased the domain name) it no longer says " Your question has been submitted successfully". Instead you are directed to yola.com... ??

We're in the process of debugging this issue. Please try using Brianna's suggestion to use Wufoo.

I have sent three or four tests to email myself on the contact us page, and each time I get sent to the yola website and nothing ends up in my mail box.

This bug has been fixed. You should no longer be seeing the Yola form revert to the Yola homepage.

Is there anyway that I can add Mandatory fields to the contact form? At present the name, number, email etc isn't mandatory and therefore I am not able to record every person who gets in contact.

Hi Dan,

The Yola Form presently does not include this type of feature. If this is something that is important to you, you may want to consider using Wufoo.

the issue Im having with my form is that it says it has been sent but never did (had to test it for my self hehe) is that part of the bug as well?

Hello jessica,

I don't know if this is a current issue generally but haven't seen other reports of this on the forum so I'm thinking that it is most likely to be a local issue.

Can you check your 'send to email address' and look to see if it's correct and things like spelling are accurate as well?

This should be worked out fairly quickly and get back to us here if you require further support.

I use the yola forms quite a bit. Just the other day I completed a form twice because I haven't trusted the forms since yola announced having an issue months ago. It wasn't a surprise when only one of my two entries worked.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please could you email us to support@yola.com with the following information:

1) your domain
2) the page and location of your contact form
3) the email address from which you have sent the test forms

Also, please add attn:Brianna to the subject line of your email.

Using this information, we will be able to look at the contact forms that were filled out on your website and where they were sent. We look forward to assisting you with this, Becca.

There was a bug with our forms which occurred and was fixed yesterday (15 January 2012). If you are still having problems please let us know.

We are having issues with our forms! We are losing a lot of business since this is primarily how our business is ran and how we contact our customers. We have had two form submission (which were incomplete) in the past 4 days and we typically have 3 times that. One of our customers complained that the forms were being sent before she was done. We need this resolved asap. and also if we could look into if someone submitted a form but we never received it how we would go about receiving that submission.

I'm using the contact form widget on my site. The email I have in my settings/profile is not receiving emails when I submit through my contact form (I've tested it a few times... and nada). Wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if there is still a bug on Yola's end??

There is no bug that we are currently aware of. Whenever I check customers' Yola forms, it works perfectly on my end. When you say settings, do you mean your Yola Form settings that you can edit when clicking on "Edit" on the Form Widget?

Can you please give me your URL or login e-mail (not your password) for me to have a look?

My "contact us" form is also not sending customer e-mails to me. It suggests that the inquiries have been submitted but I never get the e-mails.

How can a web site provider not get that simple app right? I was with Microsoft small business for years without incident.

Please fix the problem.

Yes, I have done that-they are going to the same business e-mail address I use daily. I am receiving all other e-mail at that address except my "contact us" form submissions
