Click on "Edit" in the left corner of the Form Widget.
Click on the "Settings" tab.
Check the e-mail address displayed. Is that your e-mail address where the form submissions are supposed to be sent to?
If so, please check your Spam and Junkmail folders if you received any form submission message. If they're there, you should be able to white-list them in your e-mail programme.
