Contact us forms are going to the wrong email address - how do I correct this? I have already changed the email address on my profile, and in fact password changes and mail from Yola goes to the correct address, but when forms are submitted from the site they do not go to the email in my profile.

Hello,

I suspect that the forward to address on your contact form needs to be amended.

Edit your contact form and select Settings. There you can review the email address your form is directed to.

Thanks for the reply. I did what you suggested, and it was set to go to the right address, but the forum is still going to the wrong address. More suggestions?

This has been reported before that I remember. I think that the Yola people had to reset something.

I would try removing the widget, save, publish and then add it again with a subsequent Save and Publish. This may reset the issue.

Hello 2midsummerrepertory

What you could also try to do is to change the e-mail in your Form settings temporaily to a third e-mail address. Re-publish your site, wait 5 minutes, clear your browsers cache and cookies, open your website with your form again, and submit a form. If it now goes to that third e-mail address, go back to your Yola account and do the very same steps as described above except for changing the e-mail to the desired e-mail address this time, and check.

If that doesn't help, we can check it for you as well. Please let us know the URL of your website and on which page your contact form is. Thanks.

Hello, thank you GOP and Stefan, I am not quite sure what I did, but I was using your ideas and just messing with it, and now it works. Thanks!
