Controlling image size in HTML code

This is the code that I want to try out on my test site. How can I control the size of the image? If I am not mistaken, I can use CSS in this code to do just that but I am not sure how to implement it.

Hi Randy,

I'm sorry but that link you posted took me to a 404 page. There might be a way to set image size with CSS, but this is how I do it:

<IMG HEIGHT="200px" WIDTH="250px" SRC="resources/image.jpg">

Thanks Emmy but I think I solved it. Take a look at the Bennett Archives page, letter A-C (so far). You will see some pictures along the top. I used the code to generate these.
