I believe that visitors to a companies website need to be informed as to whether your website stores cookies (I believe there is a fine if you do not adhere to this??). How do I know if MY website stores cookies and how should I inform visitors to my site?

Hi Yvonne

The European Cookie law only affects websites that are within the European union but considering yola are based in america i don't know whether or not that affects us. I am also not sure whether or not it affects only big businesses

i have put a link for a drop down welcome system that you can change to warn about use of cookies on your site and have a link to a cookie policy page.

(i think yola should automatically roll this out to every site so that no one gets in trouble)
