Is there a way to create a text box with my contact details that will post in the same place on every page of my site rather than doing it manually?

Hi, no - the workaround would be to create a page with that and then use the copy page function to generate pages from the original page that has the text box.

Or just place the text box widget and copy/paste the text to cut-down on the retyping.

Hi Amanda

Rogers I.S Consulting is right (thank you!).
I've got another tipp for you to save time when creating the contact box manually on every page:

You must re-create the text box (background box with text using the Custom Panel Widget) step by step, but you can save some time on the text you will create in a Text Widget (which you add onto a Custom Panel Widget as I suppose). If you don't want to retype and reformat the text every time again, you can just copy/paste the HTML code of your Text Widget. These are the steps:
  1. Create your new page and re-create your text background box using the Custom Panel WIdget.

  2. Go to your original page with the contact box.

  3. Click into the Text Widget with your formatted text about your contact details.

  4. At the top of the Site Builder view, you will see the Text Editing Toolbar. Click on the blue HTML icon on the very right hand side.

  5. The HTML Editor of the Text Widget opens. Select all and copy.

  6. Close the HTML Editor dialogue box and go back to your new page.

  7. Drag and drop a Text Widget onto your Custom Panel Widget.

  8. Click into this empty Text Widget and open the HTML Editor again.

  9. Select all and paste – done!
