First I would make a links page and make it easy to find from your home page....sites will not link with you if they feel their links are hard to find on your site.I used a Wufoo form I made to make it easy for people to fill in with their link info.Take a look if you like and it will give you an idea maybe for you own link info and making a form for other to fill out.....http://kanthaidecor.com/Reciprocal-Li... I have seen your site and many of the sites I am linked to would likely be interested in a link with your site also.So search my links pages.
You will get most of your links by visiting sites related to your site and look for their links or resources pages and fill out their forms or follow their instructions for an exchange.

The link to your site is your URL. John has given you a good suggestion on how to collect link exchange partners.

Try to find sites that are related to yours, but not in direct competition with you. If they can see why linking to your site would add value to their visitors they will be more likely to link to you.
