Creating links inside Yola email

I can't find the icon to create links inside my Yola email. I'm stuck with having my professional emails host these long, ungainly web addresses. Where is it, please?

I wrote to support a few days ago, and was directed to a tutorial for links in websites. Again, this is an issue with Yola EMAIL.

Thank you.

Hello Animal Communicator

This is how you add links to text or images in Yola Mail:
  1. Log into your Yola Mail account.

  2. Click on "Compose Mail" at the top of the left-hand side column.

  3. First type the text of your e-mail.

  4. Highlight the word or phrase you'd like to make a link.

  5. Right above the box where you type your text into, you will find the Text Editing Toolbar. On the right-hand side you will see icons for adding or removing a link. Click on the "Link" icon - when you hover over it, there will be a tooltip saying "Insert/Edit Link".

  6. A link editor will open up which allows you to add your link and additional information.

  7. When you're done, click on "Insert" to add the link.

Your link should now be added and show as underlined.

The same goes for image links. To add an image to your e-mail text, click on the Image icon in your Text Editing Toolbar ("Inser/Edit Images"). Once done, click on it once to highlight it and follow the same steps as for adding a text link.

Hi Stefan,

Thanks. It turns out the Link icon was there all along, but hidden by my screen view. I had to zoom out to find out. Thanks!
