Hi Jen,

I am sorry you are having issues with this. You will also be able to pay via credit card using the PayPal option. Here's how:

1. Open your site in the site builder.
2. Click on the "Publish my Site" or "Update my Site" button.
3. Go through the steps to purchase your domain and choose the PayPal option when you get to that point.
4. A new window will open and you will be able to purchase your domain via PayPal.com.

I hope this information is helpful to you. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Please make sure of the following things:

1. Make sure your not entering any spaces between the numbers.

2. Make sure your entering the correct "CVV" code on the back of your card.

3. Make sure your entering the correct expiration date on the card.

4. Make sure your entering the right billing address and name.

5. Make sure your entering everything in the right format.

If you tried all of this and no luck, Then i can give you some more tips.

No, still no luck. Have entered card info at least 20 time, checking carefully each time the all the info is correct, then trying different variations of address because the Irish format never fits into American forms correctly. Tried everything I could think off but still the same response.

Hi Jen - I'm not sure what to suggest - perhaps calling your bank to find out if you are entering the correct information? I'm sure you are getting frustrated though, if you want to send us an email (support@yola.com) with the name and email address you're using when you try to register the domain, I can try and see if we have any information on our side. Please mark the email for my attention (Marije).

Ok... so I tried to use a credit card one time before I called in and activated it so it did not work. Have you activated your card?
