Current silver subscriber but am being asked to pay for custom domain name

I am a silver yola subscriber and just created a fourth website. The former three sites already had domain names elsewhere. The custom domain name I want for my fourth site is available and I thought that as a silver yola subscriber, my domain names are free if I get it through Yola. However, I am being asked continually to be a yola subscriber or pay for the domain name. I can't seem to break through the "loop" to get my domain name for free.

I too have a domain elsewhere and I am a Silver member . . .I showed that I had a credit for a domain name and used it with no problem about a month ago... Do you show a credit for a domain on your account?

Hello Cindy,

I'm sure that there is a bit of misunderstanding and I hope to help clear this up. I have looked up your account details and do see that you have successfully purchased your Yola Silver package. You have opted to use your domain credit to renew saintstephensblytheville.org. As a result, if you're trying to obtain a custom domain through Yola, you will now have to purchase this.

Please let me know if further clarification is needed or if I have misunderstood.

No, I didn't renew anything. There is a note on the account that SAYS it is up for renewal in 2013. I am pretty sure I bought the domain name from another registrar. When I ran a whois is on it, it does not come up with the same registrar as yola.com Do you put your US URLs with another registrar from yola? Please check further. Thanks.

Where would the credit be found in the account? I do not see one in mine, so i guess I don't have one. I just don't know how I used it.

Hi Cindy,

The name you will see in Whois Domain Tools is 'Tucows' who are our domain partner. What Sanja is saying is that it appears you have redeemed this custom domain credit to extend the domain saintstephensblytheville.org on 8-2-2011, the same day that you renewed your Silver package.

I too am seeing this.
