custom panel

I have been using custom panels for a long time now, so I know their workings, but recently every panel I add only carries the selected colour as a border and the fill is white. Instead of putting, for instance, a blue fill behind text, image, or whatever, I end up with a blue border about 5mm thick and nothing else. I'm using Firefox 32.0.3 on Windows 7. Not sure if this is a Firefox update issue, because it has only started in the last month or so. I can create backgrounds in CSS, but the widget is convenient and it is getting a bit annoying now. Any ideas?

Hello Phamtey

Can you please post the URL of your published site? I'll then be happy and able to log into your Sitebuilder directly in order to check what's going on. Also, please point me to a page where this happens, and let me know what design you exactly want to achieve.

This problem has been noticeable on another, older site that I was modify...it was fine until I tried putting in new panels. I have bypassed using custom panels because I cannot get any satisfactory result. You are welcome to try to put one or two in anywhere on a temporary basis. I cannot figure out what has changed. It looks ok in the widget, but as soon as you ok the changes it looks nothing like before....very odd behaviour.

Hello Phamtey

I'm also having problems with using the Custom Panel Widget on your site in your Sitebuilder. I'll need some more time to investigate and will do so tomorrow. Thank you for your continued patience.

Hello Phamtey

I had to create a ticket for our engineers to investigate on your issue. I'm following up with you via e-mail, using the e-mail address associated with the Yola account where your website is.
