Is there any way to insert a Google Map widget into an html one so I can use a custom border around the box. I'm using this inline css for my other widgets and would like to do the same for the Google Map: <div style="border: ridge #34C6C3; border-width:0 6px 6px 6px;"> GOOGLE MAP HERE</div>

I've tried adding the map to an already coded html widget, but that doesn't work. Any other way around it?

Or is there another way to grab the code for my Google Map and put it into an html widget?

Not sure how to post a link since the site isn't published yet, but it's MontanaCampShopping.com/directions.php.

I don't think you can do it with a Google map widget, but you can go directly to google maps and get the code there: http://maps.google.com/
Type in the address and then on the right hand side click on "link" and then you will see the embed code. Hope this helps.

Thank you, thank you, Diane!
After much playing around, the embed code works. I really appreciate the tip.

you can do it

u have to add to the code ( style="border:3px solid #000000" ) - black 3px border. u can change size and color of the border of course

it will look like this (iframe style="border:3px solid #000000" width="425" height="350" ...the rest of the code...)
