Custom Email settings dont exist

Hi,
I have a Yola silver account through Get British Business Online and it seems there is no way I can get a custom email. When I signed up, about a month ago I was promised custom email address and on GBBO website yola account its still advertised with a custom email. The interesting part is that it seems that I cant get a custom email at all. I have no Yola Email button in my account so I cant have the yola custom email at all, nut even if I want to buy it?!!!?? On top of that I cant get it through Gmail or Windows live either because in the advance settings of my yola account I dont have any email settings . I just dont understand how is this possible...maybe I`m missing something? can someone please explain to me?

I did, but when it gets to the step where they need to verify that I own the domain and I add DNS to my domains configuration, I should go in my Yola account in my domains advanced settings and here its the problem....the only thing I can do in there is assign primary domain and choose if I want the prefix www displayed for my website.....there are NO EMAIL SETTINGS or any other settings....and thats what they call advanced settings....

Oh i see, so the verification is not working. if you feel like forwarding your Google Apps and Yola site logins, i will get this sorted for you in a few minutes. My email : rynaldos@gmail.com

I know the steps as I saw the tutorial, like I said I dont have any email settings in my yola account, im sorry but Im not going to forward any of my account logins

Hi,

I understand. Okay, so you are using the Google Apps - just to clear this ? AND are you verified or not ? (you are able to see this in your Apps administration panel). If not, then you have NOT completed the verification process in order for your mail to function.

Thanks Rynaldo for your help, my only problem was that I couldnt find the email settings in my account but I finally found them, I could have sweared that there are no such settings in my account. Im gonna continue tomorrow and hopfully I will have no problems from here on. Thanks again
