custom emails dont work after pointing website to zymic

my custom email no longer works, I transferred my domain away from Yola "dulwichtech.co.uk" , but now emails sent to "l.scott@dulwichtech.co.uk" do not arrivie. why is this? what steps do I take to get it back up and running?

Hi myles,

If you have transferred your domain away from Yola and are using Google Apps mail, you might need to verify your domain again.

In order to do this, you will need to add the TXT / CNAME records to your domain settings. If you are unsure how to do this, I recommend contacting your new registrar as they will be able to provide you with the steps you need.

Thank you very much, I needed to add Google Apps to my domain account where I am now being hosted. Thank you for your assistance.

Also...will Yola be initiating the FTP protocol anytime soon? at this was the only reason I transferred my nameservers.

We don't have any specific plans at this time to change the FTP feature. Sorry I don't have better news for you on that.
